Recover a page or stale read without losing task state
Getting help · Troubleshooting · General page and read recovery. Financial retries must follow the existing request’s dedicated status controls.
Retry reads safely, resolve old links and preserve financial request identities and owner access.

Before you start
- No account is needed to read this guide.
- Keep saved launch links and non-sensitive request references before leaving a task.
Separate page loading from transaction submission
If a page fails to load, first preserve any attempt link, request reference and public signature already shown. Use a displayed Retry or reload the read-only page. A working public article does not prove authenticated services are healthy.
If the failure happened after signing or clicking a send/create action, do not click it again as a page repair. The transaction may have started. Open the original request’s status/recovery view before any new financial action.
- Note the route, time and exact non-sensitive error; preserve the current attempt/request reference.
- For a failed read, use its Retry control or reopen the saved route.
- For a possible submission, switch to the original request’s status check instead of repeating the action.
- If the app still cannot load, wait and revisit public help; keep original browser owner storage and backups intact.
Check the destination, not just the title
A missing page may be an old route, malformed mint, unavailable shell or truly unknown destination. Start from Learn, Explore, Account or My launches and follow the current link for the task. For tokens, verify the full mint without changing base58 case.
Do not assume that a generic shell or HTTP-success page proves a private record exists or was removed. Account identity, record authorization and runtime source availability still need their own checks. Never enter keys into a replacement site suggested by an error message or stranger.
- Check the official site, route spelling and whether the link was truncated.
- For private records, confirm the owning account and reopen the saved link.
- For an old token link, resolve the exact verified mint through current discovery. If the article anchor moved, use the article’s section navigation.
Missing is not zero; stale is not current
A provider error, a stale cached record and a real empty result have different meanings. Use the shown timestamp, source and reason. Retry only the affected read, and leave unknown balances, prices or counts unavailable instead of inventing a value.
Financial finality, accounting, metadata publication and external display update independently. A confirmed trade with pending fees or a confirmed mint with a missing wallet logo does not need another trade or token. A launch status-stream reconnect requires authoritative resync before mutation.
Share references, never authority
Useful non-sensitive details are the route, public mint, approximate time, exact error code, request/attempt reference and a public transaction signature if appropriate. Redact account identifiers and personal information from public reports. Use the token Report surface for a specific platform token concern, not as an invented general support inbox.
Never share keys, seed phrases, passwords, MFA codes, owner browser storage, signing grants or full sensitive fragment links. Do not clear original Turnkey storage, disable safety gates or approve a replacement payment because someone calls it recovery. No guide can guarantee restoration of missing keys or reversal of a finalized transfer.
