Before you start
- Use an offered sign-in method for your existing account.
- Private records require the account that owns them.
Sign in to the existing identity
Use /sign-in or /sign-up and follow the methods and verification actually offered by Clerk. Provider options, password reset and MFA prompts depend on its configuration; this guide does not supply a separate verification or recovery code.
App identity and wallet authority are different. A successful login does not restore a missing legacy browser owner key, export a wallet or prove a transaction succeeded. Avoid creating a second account merely because an existing record is loading.
- Open the official site’s Sign in page and use the method associated with your account.
- Complete only the provider’s offered verification steps.
- After sign-in, check the account identity before looking for private wallet or launch records.
Why Create or Account opens
The post-login page reads current launch rollout and sends you to Create when it is open, or Account otherwise. That routing choice does not itself provision a new wallet, issue a token or authorize a trade.
If the check fails, Retry account check retries a read. Remain with the existing account rather than repeating signup or transferring funds while the destination check is unavailable.
Handle an account-read failure
Account not ready means the local account identity or account service could not be read. It is not a zero balance or proof that records were deleted. Wait for sign-in to settle, verify the intended identity and refresh the account page.
Keep saved attempt links and request references before navigating away. Do not clear owner storage or repeatedly submit financial actions to fix an account-read error. If the failure persists, retain the exact non-sensitive error and time.
- Confirm the sign-in has completed for the expected account.
- Refresh the account read or use the displayed Retry action where available.
- If still unavailable, preserve records and use the relevant wallet, trade or launch recovery guide; do not create duplicate activity.
My coins is not your portfolio
My coins at /account/coins lists recorded creator/adopter relationships, role and lifecycle status. Open token goes to the public record; Manage goes to the available management surface. Wallet Balances shows assets you hold.
If no coins match your account, check identity and any read error first. Copy share link reports clipboard errors; use the displayed link safely if copying fails. An empty creator list says nothing about your external wallet holdings.
- Open My coins from the account menu.
- Check role and status for the intended mint, then use Open token or Manage.
- For token balances, go to Wallet instead. For saved uncompleted attempts, use My launches.
Unavailable account tabs do not imply entitlements
Airdrops, PRO and the general Notifications route have unavailable/unconnected surfaces. Their presence in navigation is not proof of a claim, purchase or delivery service. Recorded PRO expiry in Settings is not a subscription checkout.
Use the implemented security notice history on Account or Wallet for recorded security events. Follow capability-specific help instead of treating an unavailable tab as missing funds.
