Submit a useful token report

Discovery and evidence · How-to and reference · Public platform reporting, not emergency chain control, guaranteed moderation or fund recovery.

Describe a specific platform concern, preserve the receipt and understand the limits of review.

Before you start

  • The exact valid token mint.
  • A specific reason and factual description; an evidence URL is optional.

Send one specific report

Use /report/:mint for the intended asset. Select the reason, explain what happened and optionally provide a safe public evidence URL. A name or ticker alone is not enough to identify the token.

Read field validation and rate-limit errors. When submission is uncertain, retrying unchanged preserves its submission identity; editing creates a new submission. Do not repeatedly edit/resubmit to evade a limit or force review.

  1. Verify the full mint and open its report page.
  2. Choose the most accurate reason and write a concise description with relevant public dates or transaction references.
  3. Add a safe public evidence link if useful, without private account or wallet credentials.
  4. Submit once and read the result. For an uncertain unchanged submission, use the provided retry behavior; respect a rate-limit response.

Received does not mean actioned

A successful receipt records a report ID, status and time. Keep that non-sensitive reference for your records. A sending/not-confirmed state is not a received receipt, and a received report is not a promise of moderation action.

File another is for a distinct report after the result, not a way to accelerate the same issue. A review decision and visibility change are separate from the initial acknowledgment.

Understand what reporting cannot do

Platform review can affect platform visibility according to its review process. A report cannot freeze or reverse a Solana transaction, change a token’s chain authority or guarantee recovery of funds.

For an existing unknown trade, withdrawal or launch, keep the original request and use its status/recovery guide. Do not submit a replacement financial action because a report was received, and do not trust unsolicited recovery requests for keys.
