Explanation — not permission to act

This is a basket design explanation, not an operational purchase, distribution or claim service.

The mechanics and diagram include historical specification design. Current gates and finalized evidence govern; configuration is not availability or execution proof.

A per-coin index wallet buys the StonkFun flywheel roster and airdrops it to the coin's holders. The roster is whatever the flywheel marks active, in rank order; a fallback count is used only when that flag is missing and is labelled ESTIMATED. A purchase runs once the wallet clears its minimum, deducting the gas reserve first, then the treasury cut, then splitting the rest equally. Roster coins that cannot be quoted are skipped, never substituted. Airdrop rounds snapshot holders excluding pools, the burn address and platform wallets; entitlements below the payout floor roll forward.

Proposed basket mechanics

The design retains gas, takes an internal treasury cut, then divides across quotable active roster coins. Unquotable assets are skipped, not substituted.

Holder exclusions

The proposed snapshot excludes pools, burn addresses and platform wallets, with small entitlements rolling forward. Token accounts do not necessarily identify individual people.
